All watches are supplied with original tags and packaging. Watches showing signs of tag damage, removal, or wear are ineligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue, photographs, and video documentation of the watch condition. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receipt and the watch and all original packaging must be in pristine condition.
