Shipping Policy – Picasso Gold & Diamond Jewelry

We are committed to delivering your jewelry securely and on time. Please review our shipping details below:

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

Custom orders or out-of-stock items may require additional processing time depending on the design and item chosen. We will notify you by email in such cases.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • Free standard shipping is available within the USA on eligible orders. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days after the order has been processed.

  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Some high-value jewelry items may be excluded from free shipping. Charges for these items will be calculated at checkout.

Local Delivery – Chicago Only

  • Free local delivery is available for orders over $300 within Chicago city.

  • Orders under $300 are subject to a $30 delivery fee.

  • Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

  • You will be contacted via text on the day of delivery using the number provided at checkout.

In-Store Pickup

You may choose free local pickup at:

  • Your order will be ready within 1 to 3 business days.

  • You will receive a pickup notification email when your order is ready.

  • Pickup hours:
    Monday to Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM
    Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to Canada. More countries will be added soon.

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Order Tracking & Delivery Status

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7–10 days of the shipping confirmation, please email us at info@picassogolddiamond.com with your name and order number so we can help.

Note: We are not responsible for courier delays but will do our best to assist with timely delivery.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some shipping carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes in certain areas. If your address falls under these zones, we will contact you via email to arrange alternative delivery.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@picassogolddiamond.com. Include your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We will evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer store credit or exchanges only – no refunds.

  • Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with original packaging and tags.

  • Some items like earrings, diamond watches, dental grills, custom pieces and resized products are not eligible due to hygiene and customization.
