At Picasso Gold & Diamond Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with the purchase we want to make you happy, we will provide an option to return or exchanges to help you find the piece that suits you best.

Online purchases are eligible for returns, exchange or store credit within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags on the jewelry, certificates, and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. ( If any tag is removed your jewelry will be ineligible for the returns)

For in-store purchases, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging provided at the time of purchase. In-store purchases are not eligible for refunds but only store credit, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects.

Note: Items Purchased for 30% and above discounts are not eligible for returns but only exchanges. Any custom ordered or made to order jewelry orders are not eligible for returns and cancellations. 

To initiate an exchange or request store credit for an online order, please email info@picassogolddiamond.com with your order number and item details. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. A prepaid return shipping label may be issued depending on the item and circumstances. Please do not return any items without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including earrings and body jewelry, custom-made or personalized pieces, dental grills, engraved or resized items, gift cards, clearance or final sale items, and watches with removed protective seals or visible signs of wear. If you are unsure about your item’s eligibility, please contact us before completing your purchase.

Please note that layaway purchases are not eligible for cancellation or refund. If payment is not completed within the agreed layaway period, the amount paid will be forfeited and the order will be voided. We recommend completing payments on time to secure your item.

If you need your replacement item quickly, you may initiate an exchange request via email. Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired item, and we will issue your store credit once we receive and inspect the original item.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at info@picassogolddiamond.com with your order number and a clear statement of your intent to withdraw. You may also initiate a return or cancellation directly through your customer account.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions — The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (including made-to-order pieces, engraved or resized items, and dental grills)
  • Earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed)
  • Items purchased as part of a layaway plan

These exceptions will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
