All watches are supplied with original tags and packaging. Watches showing signs of tag damage, removal, or wear are ineligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue, photographs, and video documentation of the watch condition. Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt and the watch and all original packaging must be in pristine condition. Returns of Rolex Watches will be charged 20% of re-stocking fees.
