Additionally, each pre-owned Rolex from Swiss Crown™ USA is examined by a third-party independent world-recognized lab that generates a certification report. Each certification report includes a detailed description of the watch, a professional photograph, and the serial number that corresponds to the pre-owned Rolex.
Every pre-owned Rolex - independently certified watch under the Swiss Crown™ USA brand comes with a two-year Limited Warranty from SWISS CROWN USA. The warranty stands behind the work of company's technicians trained in luxury Swiss watches - ensuring each watch is as elegant and accurate as the day it was first purchased. All watches are supplied with original tags and packaging. Watches showing signs of tag damage, removal, or wear are ineligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue, photographs, and video documentation of the watch condition. Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt and the watch and all original packaging must be in pristine condition. Returns of Rolex Watches will be charged 20% of re-stocking fees.
