Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, if they are unworn, with all tags attached, and returned with the original packaging and any certificate. Normal wear, accidental or physical damage (including chains broken by snagging or pulling), loss and theft are not covered.
Which chain length should I choose?
As a guide, 16 inches sits at the base of the neck, 18 inches at the collarbone and 20 inches just below it. Pendants usually look best on 18 or 20 inches.
